computer science

I'm an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department of Otago University in New Zealand. Prior to coming to Otago, I worked from 1995 to 1998 in the Human Communication Research Centre at Edinburgh University, after doing a Masters and PhD at the the Department of Artificial Intelligence, also at Edinburgh University. And prior to that, I studied Psychology and Philosophy at Oxford University.
