Welcome to IVCNZ2005
Image and Vision Computing New Zealand is New Zealand's premier academic conference on all aspects of Computer Vision, Image Processing, Visualisation and Computer Graphics.
In 2005, IVCNZ is being held in the beautiful city of Dunedin. Dunedin is the gateway to the wonders of the South Island of New Zealand including the rugged coastline, Central Otago, and the mountain resorts of Queenstown and Wanaka. IVCNZ2005 is running just prior to Graphite2005. This offers participants a great opportunity to experience two quality conferences in a fantastic location.
Awards for 2005
This year the Best Student Paper Award, sponsored by Applied Research Associates NZ Ltd (ARANZ), will be awarded to the best paper authored and presented at IVCNZ 2005 by a full time student. The successful student will receive a cheque for $250. Two non-monetary awards will include the Award for Best Paper and Award for Best Poster.
